Servicio 6y30pm APOCALIPSIS
El domingo 3 de julio se inicio el estudio de Apocalipsis, a las 6y30 pm, pudimos ver que tuvo y tiene gran acogida por los miembros de la iglesia y por nuevos creyentes, gracias a Dios dimos un paso de Fe y estamos observando que Dios mismo hace su obra, y el mismo ha proveído de siervos.
Revelation: 6:30 p.m. Service
A study of the book of Revelation was started on Sunday July 3rd at 6:30 p.m. We can see that it has been well received by church members and by new believers. Thanks to God, we took a step of faith and now we are seeing that it is God himself who does the work and who has provided us with people who make the service happen.
Continuamos con Estudio de MUJERES DE LA BIBLIA
El estudio de mujeres ha sido de gran Bendición ya que con Lorena Vargas es quien dirige, y está siendo usada grandemente por el Señor ya que cada una de las mujeres que asiste, están aprendiendo a tener él corazón de Cristo, como Mujeres, esposas, amigas, profesiones e hijas. En la cual se está realizando cada 15 días en la casa pastoral.
Continuation of the Study “Women of the Bible”
The women’s Bible study has been a great blessing and the Lord is greatly using Lorena Vargas as the leader. Each woman who attends is learning to have a Christ-like heart, as women, wives, friends, at their jobs, and as daughters. The meetings are being held every other week in the pastor’s house.
SHOFAR, estudios de mujeres jóvenes.
Las mujeres jóvenes aprenden a como Dios las valora y a tener una relación más intima con Él, y aprenden a valorarse como Dios la mira y valora y cuán importante somos para él y sobre todo Amar primero a Dios sobre todas las cosas. Anita María Sotomayor está dirigiendo las reuniones cada 15 días los días martes.
SHOFAR: Bible Studies for Young Women
The young women are learning how God values them and how they can have a more intimate relationship with him. They are also learning how to value themselves in the way that God sees them and values them, how important we are to him, and above all, to love the Lord more then any other thing. Anita María Sotomayor is leading the Bible studies which occur ever other Tuesday.
Compra de equipos nuevos de Sonido.
Se ha visto la necesidad en la iglesia de adquirir nuevos equipos de sonido, ya que la alabanza y adoración porque Dios nos prepara nuestro corazón para el estudio bíblico, en aquel tiempo muy especial, debido a esto se ha realizado la inversión en nuevos equipos con la ayuda el líder de la Alabanza Arody Alcívar.
The Purchase of a New Sound System
It had become apparent that there was a need for new sound equipment in the church since it is through praise and worship that God prepares our hearts for the Bible study. For this reason, with the help of Arody Alcivar, an investment was made with the purchase of a new sound system.
Seguimos con REUNIÓN DE JÓVENES.
Cada sábado a las 7y30pm se realiza un estudio especial dirigido a Jóvenes adultos, está a cargo de Abdiel Alcívar, en el cual estamos estudiando a como agradar a Dios siendo jóvenes primeramente, con un estudio Bíblico en la cual vamos respondiendo preguntas o dudas que nosotros los jóvenes tenemos.
Young Adult Meetings Continue
Ever Saturday at 7:30 p.m., there is a special meeting for young adults led by Abdiel Alcivar. The meetings are primarily focused on how young people can please the Lord. There is a Bible study which answers questions or doubts that young adults have.
Reunión de ADOLESCENTES
De igual manera cada sábado seguimos con las reuniones de Adolescentes con Oscar Choco, ya que creemos que cada adolescente necesita direccionarse de la mejor manera, por el mismo ímpetu de un espíritu juvenil, y estamos seguros que el mejor Guía es la palabra de Dios para que vayan en su caminar diario decidiendo como Jesús decidiría. Y en este mes tuvimos la bendición de contar con nuestros hermanos de Perú y de EEUU y compartir un tiempo muy especial con ellos, a más de una enseñanza con Konrad y Oscar, dirigida exclusivamente a los adolescentes de nuestra iglesia.
Youth Group Meetings
Every Saturday there are youth group meetings led by Oscar Choco. Because we believe that every young person needs to be led in the best way, with a youthful spirit, we are sure that the best guide is the Word of God. With this guidance, they can go about their daily lives making decisions that Jesus would make. This month we had the blessing of having our brothers fromPeruand theU.S.share a special time with the youth along with a teaching by Konrad and Oscar, which was focused directly towards the youth of our church.
CHICOS DE LIMA – EEUU. de 19 al 24 de julio
Aproximadamente por 5 días tenemos el gusto de recibir y compartir con nuestros queridos hermanos de Lima – Perú, y de Estados Unidos que estudian en el Instituto Bíblico de Lima. El grupo viene comandando por su líder del Ministerio de Jóvenes que es Konrad Cuzcano nuestro amigo venía acompañado con 19 chicos adolescentes y 4 especiales personas más.
En estos días nuestros hermanos se han dedicado exclusivamente a Evangelización y apoyar en nuestra Iglesia de Uncovia. En estos días pudimos transmitir el mensaje de salvación en diversas partes de nuestra ciudad. Fue un tiempo de mucha Bendición ya que se evidencio el Poder de Dios obrando en nosotros y en las demás personas ya que Jesús abrió puertas y el enemigo no hizo mucho daño, porque pudimos predicar a Niños, en una Colonia Vacacional del mercado “27 de Febrero”, en los cuales con mucha alegría y diversión pudimos compartir el evangelio, a más tuvimos la Bendición de presentar muchos obras de Teatro sobre la redención de Jesús conjuntamente con la impartición de tratados evangelisticos, en diversos puntos muy transitados y en varios parques de nuestra hermosa Ciudad. De igual forma se realizo en Uncovia la Colonia Vacacional con todos los Chicos que nos acompañaban impartiendo el mensaje de salvación. A mas también en nuestra iglesia principal en Cuenca y en Uncovia se realizó con la ayuda de los chicos, adecuaciones y mejoramientos en nuestras iglesias quedando muy bonita.
Lima and the U.S. Youth Here from July 19-24
For five days we had the pleasure of hosting our dear brothers fromLima,Peruand theU.S.who study at the Lima Bible Institute. The group came under the leadership of the youth group minister, Konrad Cuzcano. He brought 19 youth and 4 other special people with him.
During these days, the group dedicated itself exclusively to evangelism and helping the church in Uncovia. During this time we were able to spread the message of salvation to various parts of our city. It was a time of great blessing because we could see the power of God working in us and in other people. Jesus opened the doors and the enemy could not do much damage. We were able to preach to children during a vacation Bible school at the market known as “February 27th,” where we were able to share the gospel with joy and in fun ways. In addition to this we were able to present skits about the redeeming nature of Jesus. At the same time, we handed out evangelistic tracts in busy places around the city and in parks. A vacation Bible school was also held in Uncovia with the help of every group member sharing the message of salvation. The group also made improvements to the facilities of the churches inCuenca and Uncovia which turned out great.
CENA JUDÍA.
El ministerio de la Cena Judía, es un gran ministerio conozcan el amor de Cristo y sobre todo conozcan quien es él y que el mundo no las hate sino que Dios haga su obra redentora en cada una de las nuevas personas. Hemos visto que atevez de este ministerio Dios mismo atrae con su amor a nuevas personas y nos alegra que Dios siga obrando en el mismo.
Jewish Dinner
The Jewish Dinner ministry is a great way for people to encounter the love of Christ and above all to discover who he is. In this way, God can do his redeeming work in new people who come, and the world will not trap them. Through this ministry, we have seen that it is God himself who draws new people with his love, and we are thrilled that God continues to work in this way.
Reunión de LIDERAZGO
Cada mes continuamente nos estamos reuniendo los líderes de los diferentes ministerios y hermanos y hermanas que deseen acudir para aprender de cómo ser un verdadero siervo de Jesucristo, esta vez contamos con la enseñanza de nuestro Pastor Freddy Morocho, la misma nos ayuda en el fortalecimiento en la unión de los líderes de la iglesia y para no olvidar que le servimos por su misericordia y que vivimos POR, PARA y CON Dios.
Leadership Meeting
Every month the leaders of the different ministries continue to meet. Other church members who want to learn how to be a servant of Jesus Christ also attend. This time Pastor Freddy gave a teaching which helped to strengthen the unity of the leaders of the church, and which also helped us to not forget that we serve because of God’s mercy, and that we live for God, because of God, and with God.
TELEVISIÓN
Pastor Freddy tiene la oportunidad, de cada día martes enseñar, en un canal local de gran atracción por parte de la ciudadanía, las diversas enseñanzas son de gran interés para la comunidad, siempre impartiendo la Palabra de Dios, confiando que la Palabra de Dios jamás vuelve vacia y a más confiando que Dios mismo hace la obra, estamos oramos para que el Señor siga dando este espacio y abriendo mas puertas para difundir el evangelio.
Television
Every Tuesday Pastor Fredy continues to have the opportunity to teach on a local TV channel that has a great following with the citizens ofCuenca. The diverse teachings are very interesting for the community. We are sharing the Word of God, trusting that it never returns empty, and more than anything trusting that it is God who does the work. We are also praying that God will continue to give us this opportunity and that he will open more doors to spread the gospel.
RADIO VISION CRISTIANA
Ya tenemos más sintonía en el programita para niños llamado “La Gran Aventura” a cargo de Cristian Morenos y Lorena Cardenas, el objetivo es animar a todos los niños de Cuenca, dando frutos ya que tuvimos un programita de la radio en un parque de la ciudad con gran acogida. En la Radio disfrutamos de las aventuras bíblicas, con la tia Lore, el conin y marimba, los pequeños conocerán mas del amor de nuestro Dios.
“Radio Vision Cristiana”
We now have more people listening to a radio program for children called “The Great Adventure,” which is lead by Cristian Moreno and Lorena Cardenas. The purpose of the program is to encourage all of the children inCuenca. We saw the fruit of our labor when we held a radio program in a park, which was a great success. In the program we enjoy Biblical adventures led by radio personalities known as Aunt Lore, Conin, and Marimba. Through the program the children will learn more about the love of our God.
Visita de Ministerio CRISTO VIVE
El Dia 4 de Julio continuamos las visitas a los niños con capacidades especiales, esto fue en un centro especializado para estas criaturas del señor llamado “Mensajeros de la Paz”, en la cual tuvimos un hermoso momento compartiendo con los niños y adolescentes de esta escuela y lo más importante predicando el evangelio, confiando en Dios mimo da Testimonio a nuestro espíritu.
Visit from “Cristo Vive International”
On July 4th we continued with our visits to children with special needs. This time we went to a specialized center for these children of God called “Messengers of Peace”. There we had a beautiful time sharing the most important message of the gospel with the children and youth at that school. We are trusting that God himself will testify through his Spirit.
BAUTIZOS
En este Tiempo vemos que las oraciones que quizás son desde hace muchos años atrás, van dando fruto, ya que hay un crecimiento en la iglesia se está dando solo por la voluntad de Dios, su misericordia y Amor, las personas que Dios las está trayendo vienen muchos de ellos con muchos problemas y así mismo con un corazón Dispuesto a Amar a Dios, y es por esa causa las personas ha Decidido exteriorizar su Fe mediante el Bautismo.
Baptisms
During this time, we see that prayers that may have come from years ago are bearing fruit, because the church has been growing. It is happening only because of God’s will, mercy, and love. Some of the people that God is bringing come with some problems, but also with a heart that is open to the love of God. And it is because of this openness that people have decided to make a public display of their faith through baptism.
